Erin’s professional journey is marked by a diverse background, starting with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and advancing through various roles in the medical field. Her knowledge of Biotech in quality improvement and assurance laid the foundation for her transition to nursing, where she excelled in documentation and patient care. Initially, an emergency patient care technician and then a Registered Nurse, Erin has over a decade of experience in Level I, II, and III Trauma Centers. She is adept at making critical decisions, coordinating complex care, and conducting primary assessments of adult and pediatric trauma patients. Her role as a mentor and educator underscores her commitment to guiding new staff and promoting best practices in documentation. Recognized for her dedication to patient care and team collaboration, Erin embodies the essence of nursing professionalism.
